1 General Overview & Agreement to Terms

2 Product Information, Disclaimers & Patch Test

A. Cosmetic Classification

All products sold on this website are classified as cosmetics under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Cosmetics Rules, 2020. They are intended solely for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering appearance.

B. Accuracy & Packaging Compliance

We strive to display product descriptions, colours, imagery, and ingredients as accurately as possible. Product details, net weight/volume, maximum retail price (MRP), batch numbers, best before dates, and manufacturer details are explicitly declared on individual product packaging in accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. C. Natural Ingredients & Batch Variations

Our formulations utilise natural botanicals, organic extracts, and cold-pressed oils. Due to the natural origin of these raw materials, slight variations in colour, aroma, or consistency may occur between batches. These natural variations are normal and do not impact the quality, safety, or efficacy of the product.

D. Safety, Allergic Reactions & Mandatory Patch Test

While our products are crafted using natural and Ayurvedic formulations, natural ingredients can still trigger individual allergic reactions or interact with pre-existing skin conditions.

3 Orders, Pricing, & Taxes

• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, address unserviceability, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Payment: By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Orders are processed upon successful payment verification.

4 Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Service Area: We ship across Tamil Nadu and all major deliverable pincodes within India through licensed, reliable third-party courier partners.
• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across Tamil Nadu takes approximately 2 to 5 business days; rest-of-India deliveries usually take 4 to 8 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistical delays.
• Tracking: A dedicated tracking link will be sent via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp once your package leaves our fulfilment facility.

• Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
